4Lasers offer mounted crystalline quartz zero-order air-spaced waveplates with half-wave and quarter-wave retardation for wavelengths in the range of 200-2200 nm. The half-waveplates enables to convert the direction of a linearly polarized wave, while the quarter-waveplates are usually used to convert linearly polarized light to circular and vice versa. In order to achieve optimized transmission ratio anti-reflection dielectric coatings (R<0,15%) are applied on each surface.
