Lithium Niobate crystals doped with iron (Fe:LiNbO3) are very popular photorefractive crystal due to it’s high photorefractive sensitivity, excellent EO and diffraction efficiency, chemo-mechanical properties.  Comparing to the other photorefractive crystals Fe:LiNbO has some outstanding advantages, such as easy operation and storage, low cost and large size availability, which make it more suitable for volume production.

High optical quality Fe:LiNbOcrystals grown by Czochralsky method. Wide range of available dopant levels enables to adjust material properties to specific needs and appllications.
